Privacy policy
Your kingdom is yours. Here is how Fort Survival handles your information.

Who is responsible
Fort Survival is operated by HowAboutPalm. Contact support@howaboutpalm.com for privacy questions or data requests.
Game information
The game saves your progress on your device. Online services use a pseudonymous player identifier, your chosen player name, your selected country or region, verified scores, gem balance, owned dukes and upgrades. Names, regions and scores may appear on public leaderboards. Choose a nickname rather than your real name. Country is selected by you; we do not request GPS location.
Public profiles and following
Versions with player profiles let other players view your nickname, selected region, verified Campaign and Endless records, unlocked dukes, permanent building starting tiers and up to six recent verified siege results. Your email, password, gem balance, purchase receipts and device information are not included in public profiles. Your list of followed rulers is private to your game account. Following someone does not require approval and does not make them follow you. The game stores at most 50 followed rulers and loads the list in small pages.
Account linking and cloud recovery
You can play as a guest. Versions offering Settings > Account & Cloud Save > Protect with Email let you create or link an email account inside the game. Firebase Authentication, a Google service, processes the email, password and sign-in requests. It sends verification and password-reset emails. Fort Survival does not save or log your password. The game stores your account email privately on your device for account management; it is never shown on public rankings or profiles.
Firebase supplies a signed identity token to Unity Authentication to link the email identity to your existing game identifier. Verified Campaign and Endless records, remaining gems, owned dukes, permanent upgrades and Royal Pass entitlement remain in Unity's game services. Signing in to the linked account can recover these on another iOS or Android phone. Recovery asks you to confirm the saved kingdom before switching games. Your public nickname is not a sign-in credential.
See Firebase's privacy information, Google's privacy policy and Unity's privacy policy. Earlier builds may offer Unity Player Accounts instead of email protection. Those existing links remain separate. For Unity Player Accounts privacy questions, contact unity-player-login-privacy@unity3d.com; you can request deletion of that Unity Player Account separately.
Technical account records
To support recovery and diagnose version-specific issues, newer versions store a small private record with your game identifier, platform (for example Android or iOS), game version, first connection date and most recent connection date. This record is updated at most once per day. It does not contain a hardware serial number, contacts, GPS location or an advertising identifier. A player record can be created only when the game opens and connects; it is not a list of downloads that were never opened.
Optional rewarded ads
Fort Survival uses Unity LevelPlay to offer optional videos. The advertising SDK starts only after you choose to enable optional videos. The SDK and its partners may process device identifiers, IP-based approximate location, device information, purchase history, ad interactions and technical diagnostics to provide ads, prevent fraud and measure delivery. The game does not request personalized ads. You can keep playing without enabling or watching videos. Royal Pass provides the corresponding benefits without videos.
Completed video events are checked on a server before persistent gems are awarded. These proofs use a random reward identifier and are retained for up to eight days. Read Unity's privacy policy.
Purchases
Apple or Google handles payment information and purchase authorization through its own store. Fort Survival receives purchase identifiers and receipts to verify purchases, deliver gems and restore Royal Pass. We do not receive your full card number or online banking credentials.
Online services and retention
Unity Authentication, Cloud Code and Cloud Save provide game identity, protected progress, purchase verification and rankings. A limited server operated for HowAboutPalm receives rewarded-ad confirmations. We retain your online game information while the account is active or as needed to deliver entitlements and prevent duplicate purchase grants. Store transaction records may be retained where required to resolve refunds, fraud or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can select your country or region in your player profile and may edit your nickname later. You may decline optional videos and disable notifications in your device settings. To request access, correction or deletion, use the instructions on Your game data. Deleting your game account does not delete Apple's or Google's own transaction records.
Age and international use
Fort Survival is intended for players aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us. Service providers may process information outside your country under their privacy terms.
