Manage your Fort Survival profile and request deletion.

Delete from the game

Open Settings (or your player profile in earlier versions), choose Support & Game Data, then Delete Game Account. Read the confirmation and select Delete My Game Account to request deletion. Versions with email protection first ask you to confirm your password inside the game and also delete the linked Firebase email identity. An internet connection is required. If a connection fails, reopen the same screen and retry to finish the request.

You may also email support@howaboutpalm.com with the subject Fort Survival data deletion. Include your player identifier, available from the game's player profile, and the nickname you use. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

We verify the request before removing the associated online profile, scores and saved game wallet. Deletion removes access to that game account's progress. Purchase and fraud-prevention records may be retained where needed for legal obligations and to prevent a receipt from granting gems twice. Apple and Google retain their own records under their policies.
